Terms of Service

 

1.Nature of the Service

We do not sell, supply, or distribute alcohol. Artave London provides a customisation service only. Any alcohol submitted for customisation remains the property of the customer at all times.

For non-alcoholic products supplied by us, bottles are sourced from verified retailers.

2. Age Confirmation

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to buy, own and send alcohol in your jurisdiction.

 

3. Customer Send-In

For Customer Send-In orders, customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their item to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage occuring during transit. Upon receipt, items will be inspected and we reserve the right to refuse customisation if the item arrives damaged, leaking or unsafe.

 

4. Customisation Limitations

Back Labels & Mandatory Information. For Customer Send-In orders involving bottles with consumable contents, the original back label will not be removed, altered or covered. This is to ensure that legally required and safety-related information (including ingredients, allergens, alcohol content and manufacturer details) remains clearly visible at all times. By placing a Customer Send-In order, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of the customisation service. Requests to remove or obscure mandatory product information cannot be accommodated, even if requested by the customer.

 

5. Loss, Damage & Breakage

While reasonable care is taken during the customisation process, we are not responsible for breakage or damage caused by pre-existing faults, packaging failure, or courier handling.

 

6. Processing Times

Processing times begin only once the customer's item has been received and accepted for customisation.

 

7. Personalised  & Custom Services

All customisation services are made to order and are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

8. Prohibited Items / Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items sent to us comply with all applicable laws and courier regulations. We accept no responsibility for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property & Design rights

Some designs incorporate licensed elements used in accordance with the Cricut Angel Policy.
