What does Artavé London do?

Artave London provides a customisation service for bottles and decorative products. We do not sell alcohol. Customers may either send their own bottle for customisation or purchase a non-alcohol bottle supplied by us.

 

Do you sell alcohol?

No. We do not sell, supply, or distribute alcohol.

For alcohol designs, customers send their own bottle to us for customisation. Ownership of the alcohol remains with the customer at all times.

 

What is a Customer Send-In order?

A Customer Send-In order is where you send your own bottle to us for customisation. This is commonly used for alcohol bottles but may also apply to other eligible items.

 

How do I send my bottle to you?

Once your order is placed, full Send-In instructions and the delivery address will be provided in your order confirmation email.

You are responsible for:

  • Packaging the bottle securely
  • Choosing and paying for a courier
  • Ensuring the item arrives safely

 

When does processing start?

For Customer Send-In orders, processing begins only once your bottle has been received and accepted following inspection.

Any quoted processing times start from the date of receipt, not the order date.

 

What happens if my bottle arrives damaged?

If your order arrives you damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery where we can assist you. Upon assessment of the damage we may offer you a partial refund.

Send In Orders:

We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit to us.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or unsafe to work on, we reserve the right to refuse customisation.

 

Does Artavé remove the back label?

No.

As all bottles contain consumable contents, the original back label will not be removed, altered, or covered. This ensures that legally required and safety-related information remains visible at all times.

 

Can you customise every type of bottle?

We customise almost ever type of bottle but we reserve the right to refuse customisation if an item is unsuitable due to:

  • Damage or leakage
  • Safety concerns
  • Legal or compliance reasons
  • Design limitations

 

Where do your non-alcohol bottles come from?

All non-alcohol bottles used in our designs are sourced from trusted UK retailers.

 

Are non-alcohol bottles included in the price?

Yes.

 

How long will my order take?

Processing times vary by product and service type.

  • Customer Send-In orders: processing starts once your item is received
  • Non-alcohol products supplied by us: processing starts after order confirmation

Estimated timelines are provided on individual product pages.

 

How is my finished item shipped back to me?

Completed orders are shipped using a tracked and signature-required delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No.

 

Can I return my order?

Customised and personalised services are all final sale.

Do I need to be over 18 to place an order?

By placing a Customer Send-In order involving alcohol, you confirm that you are legally permitted to buy and own alcohol.

Artavé is not responsible for verifying the age of customers sending in alcohol to be customised.
