Return & Refund Policy

All items from Artavé London are customised and made to order. As each piece is created specifically for the customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and item
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

Customer-send-in bottles

We are not responsible for bottles damaged during transit to us. Please ensure you package your securely and used a tracked delivery service. Once we receive your bottle, we photograph and inspect it before customisation. Any existing damage will be recorded.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase/arrival of send-in bottle. Work begins shortly after, and once this has happened the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Wrong address / delivery issues

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
