Customer Send-In Orders

For Customer Send-In orders, customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their item to us using a courier of their choice.

  • We do not arrange or pay for inbound shipping unless explicitly stated.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely to prevent damage or leakage.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays occurring during transit to our facility.

Customisation will begin only once the item has been received and accepted following inspection.

 

Send-In Shipping Address

Full Send-In shipping instructions, including the correct delivery address, will be provided in the order confirmation email after checkout.

 

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the service selected.

  • For Customer Send-In orders, processing times begin only once your item has been received and accepted.
  • Estimated processing times are provided on the relevant product page and are estimates only.

 

Outbound Shipping (Return of Customised Items)

Once customisation is complete, items are shipped back to the customer using a tracked delivery service.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier performance or external factors.
  • Tracking details will be provided where available.

 

Non-Alcohol Products Supplied by Us

For non-alcohol products supplied by us, bottles are sourced from verified retailers and shipped to customers once processing is complete.

We do not sell or supply alcohol. Any alcohol submitted for customisation remains the property of the customer at all times.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Any applicable charges must be paid in full before an order is processed.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or border controls
  • Events outside our reasonable control

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
