Send In Your Bottle
A seamless way to have your chosen drink transformed into an Artavé original.
At Artavé we only provide non-alcoholic bottles for customisation as standard. However we understand that some of our customers prefer their design to be created on a specific alcoholic bottle. Our Send-In Bottle Service that allows you to purchase a design and send us your chosen drink to be transformed.
Please read the information below carefully to ensure your order is completed smoothly.
1.Place Your Order
Select your chosen Artavé design and choose "Customer Send-In - (your bottle size)" from the drink options.
Once your order is placed you will receive your order confirmation number. This must be included when sending your bottle to us.
2. Prepare & Package Your Bottle
We only accept brand new bottles with the seal fully intact.
Please package your bottle securely to prevent breakages during transit. We recommend:
- Bubble wrap or protective padding
- A sturdy snug-fitting cardboard box
- A clearly FRAGILE label on the outer packaging
Artavé is not responsible for bottles damaged in transit. Customers must cover the cost of sending bottles to us.
3. Ship Your Bottle to Us

This address will also be provided in your confirmation email.
We recommend using the Post Office or a courier that permits alcohol shipments within the UK. Please ensure you follow the courier's guidlines when sending alcohol.

Please make sure the order number is included inside the box.
4. We Create Your Design
Once your bottle has been received, we will:
- Inspect it
- Begin the custom design process
- Notify you once your design is complete and ready for dispatch
5. Return of Your Bottle
Once customisation is complete, your Artavé bottle will be returned to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Alcoholic bottles must be sent within 7 days of placing your order. Orders not recieved within this time frame will be cancelled and a partial refund issued.
Bottle Size Guide (Important)
The majority of Artavé designs are created specifically for the size and shape of the example bottle shown. Placement, scale and overall balance of the design are heavily dependent on bottle size
For Send-In orders, customers must send the exact bottle size selected at checkout.
Example:
If you select "Customer Send-In - 200ml", you must send in a 200ml bottle.
Sending a different size may significantly affect the final outcome and will prevent the design from being recreated as intended.
Please note:
If an incorrect bottle size is received, it will be returned to the sender without customisation. The cost of return postage will be deducted from any refund issued.
To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure the bottle you send matches the size stated on the product page.
Important Information
Alcoholic beverages containing more than 70% alcohol by volume (ABV) will not be accepted.
